Description: London, George Eyre and Andrew Strahan, 1815. Leather. Calf leather bound with paper covered boards and gilt tooling to spine. Collection of 408 acts, both public, private and local. These include: An Act for continuing to His Majesty certain Duties on Malt, Sugar, Tobacco and Snuff in Great Britain; and on Pensions, Offices and Personal Estates in England; for the Service of the Year One thousand eight hundred and fifteen. An Act for rebuilding Tempsford Bridge, in the County of Bedford. An Act for enclosing Lands in the Parish of Dewlish, in the County of Dorset. In a half calf binding with paper covered boards. There is some wear to the extremities, particularly to the spine which is chipped to the top and tail with some loss of leather. The front and rear inner hinges are strained but holding. The binding is tight and firm and both covers are attached. The front and rear outer hinges are cracked. Internally the book is clean and bright apart from some spotting to the front and rear few pages only. Good . Ill.: None. Good .
