It contains four folding graphs illustrating enquiries about the water quality in the River Thames. The 'Second Report from the Select Committee on Adulteration of Food, &c.; Together with the Proceedings of the Committee and Minutes of Evidence&apos. This report covers the year 1855.The 'Index to Reports from the Select Committee on Adulteration of Food, &c.' The 'Report from the Select Committee on Adulteration of Food, &c.; Together with the Proceedings of the Committee, Minutes of Evidence, Appendix, and Index&apos. This report covers the year 1856.The 'Report from the Select Committee on Public Health Bill and Nuisances Removal Amendment Bill; together with the Proceedings of the Committee, Minutes of Evidence, Appendix and Index&apos. This report was ordered to be printed by The House of Commons in May 1855, and contains proceedings from February, March, and May of 1855. This collection was previously held in the library at the College of Surgeons of England, and contains library stamps to the title pages of the reports. Rebound in full cloth with refreshed endpapers. Externally, some shelf wear to the boards and slight splitting to the cloth at the joints. Internally, front hinge is starting slightly at the head and tail. Remaining binding is firm. Library stamps to the title pages of each work.
