This work cites and makes use of several important works that were circulating in Great Britain during this time, including Sir Edward Coke's 'Institutes of the Ancient Laws of England', Sir Henry Spelman's 'de non temerandis Ecclesiis', and Sir Simon Degge's 'Ichabod: Or the Five Groans of the Church&apos.A very scarce work, held only in twenty-three institutional locations throughout the world. This copy was previously held at Edinburgh Libaries, and it contains a library stamp to the title page and to page 53.
