However, a former owner's inscription to the front free endpaper reads 'Mary Duncan 1911&apos. In the publisher's original cloth backed pictorial paper covered boards. Bumping to back strip head and tail, and board perimeters. Front hinge starting, with board holding firm. Rear hinge starting prior to final plate, with board holding firm. Inscription to front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally clean and bright, with the area of spotting. Rust marks surrounding staples to final two leaves. Very Good .
