In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, a little worn with the spine faded and bumped to the head and tail and some marks to the boards. Rear hinge is starting but remains firm. A book seller sticker to the front pastedown. With a previous owner inscription to the title page dated January 20th 1855.
