Collated, complete.With numerous newspaper clippings of colour photographs of the corresponding view loosely inserted.A splendid ode to the British coastal town. In a contemporary full cloth binding. Externally rather worn; backstrip is detaching at the front hinge and a little bumped to the extremities and the head and tail of the spine. Internally, front hinge is strained and exposed, and binding is occasionally strained elsewhere. Pages are bright and clean, with a little wear and offsetting to the endpapers and pastedowns.
