His ink notes to the recto to the front blank.Ink note to the recto to the front free endpaper, 'This is William Nanson Lettsom's own copy of the .. with his ms. notes and autograph, J. Johnston Abraham, 6.4.37&apos.Lettsom's obituary, and advert for the sale of his library bound in after the front endpaper. In a full morocco binding. Externally, generally smart, with some discolouration to the boards and spine. Light rubbing. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very lightly age-toned and clean. Author's notes throughout.
