F. Laurence to the reverse of the frontispiece. In a quarter calf binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, the front joint is weak, the front board may detach with further handling. Light rubbing to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Bound without the front endpaper. Bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and clean with the odd spot. Tidemark to the frontispiece, ink inscription to the reverse. Light tidemarks and spots to the plates.
