Patrick Adamson was a Scottish divine. This edition of Adamson's works have been edited by his son in law Thomas Wilson. It includes for the first time, Adamson's paraphrase of the Book of Job in Latin hexameters. It is dedicated to King James I who, as James VI removed Adamson from office.
