Undated, dated from WorldCat. In the original publisher's leather binding, in imitation crocodile, held in the original paper covered slipcase. Externally, smart. A little rubbing and a couple of light marks to the boards. Slipcase with marks to the boards, and light bumping to the extremities. Small tear to the slipcase. Front hinge is starting but firm.
