Top corner inside front cover small vintage bookplate (G. Seebach, Austin, Minn.) with stamp below that (Minnesota Soldiers' Home Library), o/w generally very clean & quite nice inside and out including tissues over frontis and scattered plates (diagonal crease to one interior tissue). Chapters/Topics include Alexander I, II & III, Constantine, Czar Nicholas, Crimean War, Four Sultans, Baltics, Siberia, Persecution of the Jews, Servia, Roumania, Balkans. Very Good.
