Oblong black hardback with gilt titling & gold plastic comb binding, 8 3/4 x 11 1/2, 66 pages, VG. Slight amount of foxing to first page (logo page), slight yellowing to some edges, couple of corners very lightly dampstained. Exterior clean with slightest amount of surface/edge wear. Plastic binding comb has suffered some broken teeth, but spine itself is complete. First page is printed (logo), page three is full page U.S. map identifying Ellerbe projects (340 in Minnesota, about 400 nationwide), page six is fold-out company organization chart, page seven (title page) is blueprint rendering (white titles and floor plan on full black field). All subsequent pages have one or two views in B&W or color with project names and locations (interiors, exteriors, artists' renderings, B&W and color photography, site maps). Lakeland, Florida - Rutland, Vermont - Brooks Air Force Base, Texas - Royal Oak, Michigan - Danville, Pennsylvania - University of Kentucky Medical Center - Cleveland Clinic Foundation - etc. etc. All pages appear to be present. Very Good.
