Also signed immediately below that inscription by Mrs. Simms + dated at bottom of page in her hand: "Edna Earl Simms" & "April 17, 1945." Almost no signs of wear. Slight scuff lower board, slight wrinkle towards top of spine, spine-ends bumped gently. Two very small and light stains at lower corner edges each affect about 50 pages (1/4 inch and 3/8 inch arcs slightly visible with book opened to affected pages). Very small split at front hinge (1/2 inch). Very Good. Signed by Author.
