Dusty, signed letter (dated 1898, from a Henry Castle ?) on Treasury Dept. stationery folded and laid in, addressed to a man in St. Paul. The letter relates, it appears, to the planning of this volume, as it alludes to Davis' university lectures mentioned by Lodge in his introduction. Fair.
