Included are Reports of Departments of Public Affairs, Finance, Public Works, Public Health, Light and Power, Water, Public Schools, Library + reports concerning War Activities and Marquette Commercial Club. Minor soil and a few minor tears (1/2 inch or less) incl frontis (City Hall - image not affected) and title page. Good.
