Description: London, The Focal Press, 1944.. Hardcover with dust jacket. Hardback, 12mo, appx 5 1/8 x 7 1/2 inches, 260 pages, VG+ in G+ dj (dj fitted w/ protective mylar sleeve). Book's only flaw is wartime name/rank/company top corner first blank page (Henry xxyy, Capt. M.C. (Medical Corps), 326th Abr. Med. Co. (Airborne Medical Company), APO 472. The 326th Medical Company (or Battalion) supported the 101st Airborne Division in World War II (incl at Normandy). After the war, book s previous owner was a family practitioner in Minneapolis for many years. Dustjacket nice interior flaps incl no corners clipped, decent spine, but f&b panels a few smallish chips out along with some edge creasing & edge tears (noticeable but not detracting greatly). Very Good/Good.
