Hardback, octavo, 5 3/4 x 8 3/4 inches, gilt titling on brown cloth covers, pp lxxv, 212, VG+ to Near Fine/no dj (stiff clear acetate dustwrapper provided to preserve condition). Tight binding & hinges intact. Very clean inside and out incl endpapers, no names-writing-bookplates. Lower corners lightly bumped, back cover a very minor fore-edge bump & spine ends normal & quite shallow shelf bumping. Book looks quite nice w/ no other problems at all externally. Internally, somewhat of an anomaly to the first and last page of printing: though the endpapers front and back are entirely clean and have remained unaffected by the publisher's pastedown glue, the half-title page at the front and the last page of the Index (p 212 only) at the rear show tanning to nearly each entire page. Interior o/w immaculate throughout. Very Good.
