Hardback, quarto, 8 5/8 x 11 3/8 inches, xii + 225 pages, VG+ in G+ dj (dj fitted with removable clear mylar sleeve). Book itself single significant imperfection previous owner name signed in black ballpoint top right corner inside front cover o/w about 100% pristine incl no corner bumps & no additional writing. DJ no corners clipped, generally very clean though lower edge of each interior flap a small moisture tide mark + edge wear that's not excessive but includes a few tears. No mention of it that I can find, but affixed very neatly to the inside back cover is (I assume the publisher's) appx 7 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch manila envelope containing a pristine positive (black image on stiff clear acetate) that is a combination Gammeter and Contrast Index Meter (for laying over a graph?). Very Good/Good.
