Pastor's Edmonton, Alta. name/address stamp top edge of front pastedown and ffep o/w immaculate interior. This a later printing, but both copyright pages state: "Entered, according to Act of Congress, in the year 1879, by Ig. Kohler". That's Ignatius Kohler of Philadelphia. Very Good.
