Hardbacks, tall octavos, appx 6 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches, gilt titling (spines) and MIT seal (front covers) on navy blue cloth, pp [vi], 445 + [vi], 534, G+ to VG-/no dj's. Tight binding with hinges intact. Smallish name in ink to 3 of 4 pastedowns & a very small amount of extremely light pencil underlining. Exteriors not a great deal of wear & nice corners but a few edge nicks, a little back cover surface wear + handling smudging/rubbing to the central areas of both spines affecting pretty much only the "Vol. I" & "Vol. II" which are severely darkened with only slight darkening to the titles towards spine heads & "M.I.T." at the heels. Graphs, Tables, Discussion Topics, Further Reading + Index each volume. Good.
