Top corner front pastedown name/address/phone in ballpoint. Fairly neat yellow highlighting and ballpoint underlining, both moderate, the highlighting through p. 60, the underlining through p. 320. Author's Preface dated March 1, 1955, Minneapolis, Minnesota, but, since 1955 was the year Wright moved from the U. of Minn. to the U. of Tex. the title page states Charles Alan Wright, Professor of Law, University of Texas. World Cat blurb states: "Materials prepared for the private and confidential use of the students in the course known as Judicial Remedies III given in the University of Minnesota Law School in the years 1952-4."
