Book itself tight binding & hinges intact, crisp and clean throughout interior including photo-illustrated endpapers, no names, no writing. Cloth covers black titling on red cloth, square corners, very clean. Top edges publisher's dark blue stain. Grosset dj has $.75 price intact and differs markedly in design from the Farrar dj. DJ for the most part very clean, printed red/black on white background, no fading, some edgewear including back panel short splits, head of spine pulling & small chip, very short corner splits + front panel two triangular chips out (half-inch top corner and three-fourths inch top edge just affecting the "E" in "The" in the title). Very Good/Very Good.
