SIGNED very neatly by both authors beneath title on half-title page. Map endpapers. Numerous b&w photos throughout + color plates (looks like only 2 plates, each printed 2 sides = 4 full page color images). At the rear: Acknowledgements, Bibliography, Index. Very Good/Good. Signed by Author.
