Pretty nice copy, sound binding w/ hinges intact, generally clean inside and out, spine rolls forward a bit, some wear at the spine ends (mostly at the heel) and spine cloth some fading (to a light orange). This copy warmly inscribed to friends on the second blank page (incl "Hope the wait was worth it" and "Love and smooches, Keith"). Newspaper article laid-in ("Local Woman Writes of Alaskan Life") that includes a photo of the author with her sister. Author, as Keith Koch, graduated from So. St. Paul High School & Hamline University. Book reflects on living in Alaska for seven years with her husband Archie. Humorous vignette cartoons, title page and each of the 30 chapter heads. Very Good. Inscribed by Author.
