Book itself you might say immaculate - tight binding, generally crisp and very clean exterior & interior, no bookplates, no names, no writing. DJ clean with just a little very light rubbing + a few edge splits (3 are half-inch in length: top edge back panel, base of spine-fold with back panel, fore-edge of front interior flap + 2 are quarter-inch in length: top edge of front panel, head of spine-fold with back panel + 1 split a little longer up the back panel fore-edge fold 1.5 inches in length). Laid-in is newspaper clipping with photo concerning historic Fort Griffin Bridge over the Clear Fork of the Brazos River. Fine/Very Good.
