Exterior pretty fabulous (had been protected by homemade clear plastic dustjacket, which has been removed). The homemade dj was flapped over and taped at the inside corners, so tape stains opposite at the corners of the free endpapers. Red & blue pencil to text - moderate amount of neat underlining and notes in the margin. Information from googling seems to have author in 1947 as first law faculty member at Univ. of Houston. And book seems to be somewhat scarce. Very Good.
