B&W photos throughout + advertising at the rear. Photos at the front (separated by decorative glassine interleaves) incl DC landmarks & Supreme Court sitting incl Pierce Butler (Minnesota), Oliver Wendell Holmes, Louis Brandeis, Harlan F.
