Head of spine not too bad but heel a little worse with some splitting up the external back cover joint. Pea-sized chip of cloth out near center of spine (far from the gilt titling). FFEP name/address in pencil (looks like "L.A. Gauthier, 186 W. Winifred St. St. Paul"). RFEP large piece of lower corner absent/torn away. Binding secure. Internally a couple of small smudges o/w generally quite clean. Good.
