Handsome externally - just a little rubbing at the tips. Text nice - only 3 or 4 small pencil checkmarks in margin. Signed pencil presentation/gift inscription to FFEP (Presbyterian Church of Blue Earth, Minn.). Both f&b hinges were compromised and have been carefully reinforced. Body of the text is 444 pages followed by 8-page "Addenda, 1897-1904" + 4-page "Addenda, 1905-1909" + the Index. Originally published 1897, reprinted 1898 & 1900, revised 1903, 1905, 1910. Good.
