Front pastedown has small label: Thomas Gardiner, Homeopathic Pharmacy, Minneapolis. Name in black ink (Peter Bakke) to FFEP and the first blank page beyond that + his extensive notes to five blank pages at the rear as well as the rear pastedown. Notations to the text + an ink spill (three dime-sized droplets on each of two facing pages). Numerous medical devices pictured. Good.
