Hardback, 12mo, vii + 302 pages, decorated boards (ochre and dark blue on light blue with colorful Norman Rockwell front cover pastedown), VG+/no dj. A rather exemplary copy. Colors are bright, and the book is mostly very clean. Any external blems are very small and not what I'd call significant. Extremely light edge spotting to text block, barely worth mentioning. Light bumping at spine-ends + top corners lightly bumped. Only very light rubbing at corners and spine-ends. Rockwell's front cover pastedown (oval in shape) is in excellent condition. This same image is reproduced as the frontispiece (also in excellent condition) where it is cropped square. FFEP has very small blind-stamped name near the top edge. A little smudging in the margins of page one of the story. A tiny bit of spotting or foxing at the rear endpapers + some minor foxing to a few early pages (noticeable to back of half-title, even a little to the back of the frontis and a very slightly visibile amount to the tissue over the frontis, but again, frontispiece itself is excellent and shows no signs of foxing or discoloration). Very Good.
