Generally clean and not a lot of wear, but a small amount of peeling just starting at the spine-fold. Front cover has a light smudge and small, light droplet. Previous owner's name in ink to first (blank) leaf. Brief sketches of events and people + last half of the book is devoted to genealogy. One photograph: Lars Hokanson's loom that he built in Vista and was still in use at the book's publication. First settler to Waseca County: Asa G. Sutlief, 1854. This publication a result of the gathering of 1500 people in 1926 at the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Swedish settlement of Vista in what had been part of Blue Earth County in southern Minnesota. Very Good.
