Minor problems: a moist dj must have adhered along the fore-edge of the front cover leaving minor signs (mostly slight darkening from the moisture), small piece of dj adhered to back cover + rather minor effects of thumbtack (now removed) that had been forced through the back cover and through about 15 or 20 pags at the rear of the book. A little f&b pastedown glue darkening. FFEP name in ink (H.P. Fish) + two small date stamps. Frontis on glossy stock: "New Internal Revenue Building at Washington, D.C." Indexed. Good.
