Author: NO AUTHOR Title: THE HARE/THE FROG [back-to-back flip book]
Description: No place, No date, circa 1970's. 1970. Soft cover . There is no identification of any kind on this colorful, oblong, 3x5 inch flip book (112 pages + cover, perfect bound in stiff card covers), VG- showing a few cover creases, mostly minor edgewear. As a flip book, each picture-story is printed one side. One from front to back in one direction, the other front to back in the other direction (back to front, if you wish). The hare changes color throughout the seasons, and gets chased by a fox. The frog develops from egg to tadpole to adult, catches a fly and jumps out of the picture. Actually, THE HARE has 6 or 7 pages of story development which concludes with a "how-to-use-the-book" gutter jump, and THE FROG (with no words whatsoever) ends that same 6 or 7 pages early before the end of the book, if you can picture. Very Good.
