The Arbroath Guildry was constituted in 1725, yet the ESTC shows no publications at all that concern the Guildry in the eighteenth century. Moreover, WorldCat and COPAC show no nineteenth­century publications concerning the Guildry. The earliest separate publication concerning the Guildry that I have found,which is located by both WorldCat and COPAC, is a pamphlet four leaves in length, from the late twentieth century: titled simply Guildry Incorporation of Arbroath, it is not dated, but estimated to be from approximately 1978, and is held, according to WorldCat and COPAC, in only one copy at the National Library of Scotland.
