London, Printed by Charles Bill, and the Executrix of Thomas Newcomb, Printers to the Queens most Excellent Majesty. 1709. 8vo, 194 x 114 ms., unpaginated, collating A - 2G8, pp. 489, "Cum Privilegio" below imprint; both texts with title-pages and text ruled in red. 2 volumes in 1, bound in contemporary plum gilt-panelled morocco, spine ornately gilt in compartments, all edges gilt. A very good copy in an attractive binding. The BCP seems to correspond to ESTC T182599, but without plates. The New Testament corresponds to ESTC N471842 NLS only).
