Hayley's Philosophical, Historical, and Moral Essay on Old Maids was first published in three volumes in 1785. This is translation of volume 1, and of chapter 1 of volume 2, only. The translator argues in his introduction that a translation of all three volumes would be much too long for most readers. The only copies I could locate in U. S. libraries were those of Harvard and UCLA.
