Haven't counted the woodcuts, but 7 very nice plates and 5 maps, one folding, are present in good order. Some tissue guards missing; some margins and one plate bit foxed, also eps and first and last few pages. This seems to be the first part of a new edition, but can't ascertain how many vols. there should be. The binding is not the publisher's, being a patterned red-brown cloth with just Our Earth: 1 on the spine. Bit faded, worn on corners. Good/No Jacket.
