Hardcover. xxxi, 264pp. Later quarter vellum over marbled boards, spine with raised bands and gold lettering. Endpapers replaced. Several contemporary names on flyleaves (including a Silas Marsh, esquire) and on the title page. A rectangular piece of the flyleaf was at some point cut (roughly 3 x 8 cm). Light foxing and staining to text block. A very good copy. ; Octavo. .
