Hinges a little strained, with splitting of endpapers, but no danger of any detachments, spine a little dulled, chipped at head and tail, other very light wear; some internal foxing, mostly confined to first few and last few leaves; a little marginalia, chiefly in pencil. Reasonably well preserved, and likely the copy of Admiral Francis George Eyre, signed 'F.G. Eyre/Nov: 1882" at fly-leaf. Signed by Author(s).
