"For the inauguration on 14.06.1977of Tinguely’s Fasnachtsbrunnen, or Carnival Fountain in Basel, several marching bands named “Cliques”, typical from Basel’s traditional carnival, played the local Guggemusik and marched in town in all kinds of weird costumes. A special march, titled BrunnenMarsch, or March of the Fountain, was composed by Lukas Burckhardt with lyrics by Otto Wick, and several scores provided for drums, fifes and vocals."
