Pt.1, (iv) 352; Pt.2, (ii) 256; Pt.3(1), (ii) 160; Pt.3(2), (ii) 161-508 pp. The fourth Dutch-language edition, the first in this "much improved" translation complete with all 18 plates (by Reinier Vinkeles) and world map with Dutch title added. This is a new translation of Daniel Defoe's The Life and Strange Surprising Adventures of Robinson Crusoe and The Farther Adventures of Robinson Crusoe from the original English, although the translation is unattributed. This is a fine and fresh example, bound modestly in marbled boards. All plates are present (Plate 2 in Part 1 (opp. p.88) is erroneously numbered "Pl. I"). Staverman A4. Fine.
