This edition is limited to 100 numbered copies, this is copy no. 1. This is a special association copy - on the front endpaper, the volume is inscribed by the author as follows: ""R. H. Middleton - in memory of our old friend T. B. Thanks for everything! B. H. 8/8/75."" R. Hunter Middleton was the owner of Cherryburn Press in Chicago and great Bewick aficionado.
