This issue with a plate depicting women's fashions from France, along with a short article on English and French fashions, a printing of sheet music of the Stop-Waltz, etc. GOOD condition. Some wrinkling and creasing to the wrappers. Minor soiling and staining. Light chipping and tearing along the extremities. Good .
