Various authors - The Razzberry (Radicle). Vol. 3 No. 4

Title: The Razzberry (Radicle). Vol. 3 No. 4
Description: Dayton, OH, Amaranth Energies, Publisher. Tabloid. no date, perhaps circa 1970, 71. Side folding tabloid newspaper format, with two color covers. 16 pp. While a publisher's byline in the interior confusingly states "We are not an underground paper, a counter-culture paper, a revolutionary paper, or a propaganda sheet. The Razzberry Radicle is." the Razzberry appears to be exactly that, containing underground comix, counterculture news, anti-war news, political news, etc. while using an aesthetic reminiscent to 19th century fonts and imagery. This issue with a piece on a John Lennon and Yoko Ono show, with a photo of the two onstage; McKinley Park strife in Dayton, Ohio; the legalization of marijuana, counterculture and general light trippiness. Rear cover a comix by William Cox, titled, "The Pope Goes Commercial." GOOD condition. Mailing label present (sent to the Chicago Seed). Horizontal fold crease, moderate toning and minor edgewear. Good .
