Heavy gouging, scuffing and loss to the leather. Front upper hinge cracked and separating, affecting about half the hinge. General fading, some soiling, discoloration and staining to the covers. Cloth with some rippling. Interior solid, with minor scattered foxing, soiling and staining. Several pages with large horizontal tears about half way down the page. Fair .
