Black and white photos and a map of downtown New York/Times Square present. A promotional brochure for Hotel Times Square (presumably the one commonly known a Times Square Hotel), touting its rooms with running water, radios in every room and other amenities, as well as its location. Based on photos of the hotel, it appears this is the Times Square Hotel, with the building currently on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1922 and served as a hotel until the 1970s, when it served as a home for Vietnam veterans and the mentally ill, before becoming residences for those with lower incomes. GOOD condition. Moderate large dampstain to the paper. General toning and minor soiling. Minor tearing, chipping and loss along some of the folds. Minor creasing. Good .
