A single issue of this long running general interest magazine. This with an article on the use of natural history (with fold out engraving); a continuation of a history of the lives and deaths of the regicides; proceedings of parliament, including the mention of the regulation and restraint of bills of credit for Providence, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bay; a continuation of the history of England, with a portrait of King James I; a continuation of an account of the County of Kent, with a fold out (torn and missing a piece of the lower left); the trial of James Welch and Thomas Jones for the murder of Sarah Green, for which crime Richard Coleman was condemned and executed on April 12, 1748. GOOD condition. Remains of leather present along the spine. Some foxing, spotting and general toning to the paper throughout. The illustration of the Greenwich Hospital with remains of tape along its left edge and lower left corner MISSING, somewhat affecting illustration. Good .
