Williams; a several page piece on the work and efforts of Charles Evers as mayor, etc. Politics, sports and fashion also included. GOOD condition. Mailing label on the front cover. General toning, minor soiling, scuffing and wrinkling. Some scuffing, creasing and curling along the extremities. Good .
