Southey was a British poet of the early to mid 19th century, known for satire verse, as well as early protest poetry. She married the British poet Robert Southey. GOOD+ condition. Minor to moderate scuffing to the leather and paper covered boards, with some peeling to the paper at the center front spine. Minor fading and toning. Armorial bookplate of G.F. Lindsay on the inside front cover. Minor foxing in the interior. Good .
